Nicole Richie, 26, and rock star boyfriend Joel Madden, 28, became parents today.
Nicole went into labor Friday afternoon and delivered a baby girl, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA.
As the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie and Hollywood party girl, we are all hoping that becoming a mother will keep her out of jail and away from rehab.
