It’s on Gossip Girl, Lily wears this Ivory Blouse with Black Detail on an Egyptian Empire Collar and sleeves… It’s in in the Thanksgiving Episode (Ep. 9), in the flash back, you can really see it at the end of the episode when she wakes up her daughter, Serena van der Woodsen.

I believe the blouse you are looking for is Graham & Spencer’s Short-Sleeve Silk Blouse in Grey $193 shown on Kelly Rutherford, aka Lily van der Woodsen. This top is from their 2007 fall line and therefore is no longer available in stores. Your best bet is to try to find someone who already owns this blouse and is willing to sell, like eBay. I checked a few sites myself, but could only find the archive. I’m sorry I can not be off more help. I wish you good luck in finding this top and thanks for stopping by!
