Fashion designer, Marc Jacobs has released a line of t-shirts that features nude celebrities including Victoria Beckham, Heidi Klum, Joss Stone, and more. The tees are meant to draw attention to skin cancer and all proceeds will benefit the NYU Skin Cancer Foundation. The slogan reads “Protect The Skin You’re In”.
Last year the project raised £30,000 for charity, with Naomi Campbell and Julianne Moore fronting the campaign.
Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice) has taken up the cause since moving to L.A. with her soccer star husband David Beckham. Victoria was reluctant at first to pose nude but after Marc told her that it was for charity, she was persuaded to join the campaign.
“Since we moved to California I have realized how important it is to practice safe sun for myself and to keep my three boys’ skin well protected as well.
Skin cancer is a huge problem and I really wanted to help raise awareness by taking part in Marc’s initiative.”
