“Blake Incarcerated” is no more. Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was released from jail on Tuesday after 12 months in the pen and went straight to rehab. Amy was not there to see her Blake being released because she is being treated for a chest infection. Too much cigarettes, perhaps?

Winehouse’s hubby was sentenced to 27 months in jail for beating up a pub manager in 2006. He was photographed leaving the jail with signs of fighting behind bars, “sporting a chipped front tooth and red scratches down his arms.”
