E-online reported that court commissioner Scott M Gordon ruled against reinstanting Britney Spears’ shared custody of her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Here are the court documents.
She is gets two visits per week between 12pm and 7pm, and one overnight visit but all visits must be overseen by a court-appointed monitor.
Britney has until Friday to submit to the court that she has child-proofed her home and she must also continue her twice-weekly random drug test for another 60-days before it can be reduced to once a week if she tests clean.
Spears’ parenting coach Lisa Hacker had observed her with her kids on three occasions and reported that she has trouble connecting with her children and “the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.” Hacker continued, “It seems that her choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.”
Another custody hearing has been scheduled for April.
It is hard for me to believe that I’m sympathizing with K-Fed.
