Swag is free stuff that celebrities get right before an awards ceremony. Swag is slang for “loot”, or goods or money obtained illegally. Companies set up stations where stars can come by and swoop up goodie bags containing anything from free beauty products, manicures, clothing, Pilates sessions or sunglasses. Putting their products in celebrities hands is gold because it’s free endorsement and great publicity.
It’s totally unfair that the people who can afford such luxuries get it for free.
