“Sold out! Everyone loves the Gay-ken!” -Kathy Griffin

So now that Clay Aiken has finally admitted to his otherwise obvious sexual orientation, (y’all knew this, right?), what is Kathy Griffin going to joke about now?

The newest People magazine with Clay Aiken holding his newborn son Parker Foster Aiken is creating quite a buzz with the headlines that read: “Yes, I’m gay: The ‘Idol’ star opens up about his emotional decision to come out.” Thanks for the head up. We were all in the dark on that one. “I cannot raise a child to lie or to hide things,” he’s quoted as saying on the cover.

In a previous interview with People Clay Aiken, 29, is quoted as saying, “What do you say [to the question of whether I'm gay]? … It’s like when I was 8. I remember something would get broken in the house, and Mom and Dad would call me in and say, ‘Did you do this?’ Well, it didn’t matter what I said. The only thing they would believe was yes. … People are going to believe what they want.”

Aiken has tried to dodge that question for years. Who cares? So you’re gay. Embrace it. Clay and his baby momma Jaymes Foster plan on raising together. You can read that story here.
