Larry Birkhead, the executor of Anna’s estate, and lawyer Howard K. Stern, will be co-trustees.
Five years ago when Anna drafted her will she was going to leave her estate to her son Daniel and any children she might have in the future. Of course we know Daniel died of an overdose just days after his sister, Danielynn, was born.
