Even if you don’t watch Grey’s Anatomy, you’ve probably heard of Dr. McSteamy played by Eric Dane. The sexy star says he was diagnosed with skin cancer in early January when he noticed his lips seemed chapped.
“I went to my dermatologist,” the actor who plays Dr. Mark “McSteamy” Sloan told OK! magazine in this week’s cover story. “He said it was malignant tissue caused by sun damage.”
All is fine now after he had a liquid nitrogen procedure to freeze off the cancerous tissue.
Despite a little weight loss the 35-year-old actor was seen at the January 27 SAG Awards with his wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart.
