2. Nicole Kidman - For each dollar she got paid, Nicole Kidman‘s movies averaged $8 of gross income.
3. Jim Carrey - For each dollar he got paid, Jim Carrey‘s movies averaged $8 of gross income.
4. Will Ferrell - For each dollar he got paid, Will Ferrell’s movies averaged $8 of gross income.
5. Jennifer Lopez - For each dollar she got paid, Jennifer Lopez’s movies averaged $9 of gross income.
6. Adam Sandler - For each dollar he got paid, Adam Sandler’s movies averaged $9 of gross income.
7. Cameron Diaz - For each dollar she got paid, Cameron Diaz’s movies averaged $9 of gross income.
8. Denzel Washington - For each dollar he got paid Denzel Washington’s movies averaged $10 of gross income.
9. Will Smith - For each dollar he got paid, Will Smith’s movies averaged $10 of gross income.
10. Tom Cruise - For each dollar he got paid, Tom Cruise’s movies averaged $11 of gross income.
