I am very happy to report that my man JD, (that’s Johnny Depp for those of you out of the loop), has finally won his much awaited Golden Globe. He has been nominated eight times and this is his first win.
He won for best actor in a musical or comedy for his portrayal of a throat-slashing barber in “Sweeney Todd”.
The film about a singing barber with a vengeance also won for best film musical.
