Reason #1 why you don’t take your photos to the local Wal-Mart for development, or even enter a Wal-Mart to begin with:

Jamie Lynn Spears’ boyfriend Casey Aldridge snapped a few photos of the new mom breastfeeding her 3-month-old daughter Maddie. He took them to a local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for development. Now 12 pictures of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn Spears, Maddie and Casey Aldridge are circulating around. It is believed that one of the employees made extra copies and is attempting to sell the Jamie Lynn photos.

In one of the photographs Jamie Lynn’s left breast is exposed in which she is seen breastfeeding Maddie. This sparks concern as Jamie Lynn is only 17 and still a minor. Federal officials opened a pornography case because the sale of that photo could violate federal pornography laws, even if it is not used for sexual purposes.

Bad Wal-Mart employee, bad! While officials are out to look for the man with the stolen Spears’ photographs, Britney Spears’ lawyers are planning to sue Wal-Mart for the alleged defiance of customer security.
