Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will return as Bella Swan and Edward Cullen in the Twilight sequel New Moon, but Summit Entertainment has yet to give the OK to 16-year-old Taylor Lautner as Bella’s werewolf friend Jacob.

The reason? Summit Entertainment doesn’t think he looks old enough for the part. They are looking at Michael Copon, 26, to fill the shoes of a more mature looking Jacob.

I really hate when producers change actors on you. And if they can turn scruffy Rob Pattinson into a sexy clean-cut vampire then they can make Taylor Launter look older. It’s the movies, ain’t it?
