No need to worry Gossip Girl fans, Taylor Momsen, 15, is alive and recovering from a possible life threatening throat infection.
Momsen woke up with a sore throat Sunday in L.A. and was told to see a doctor before returning to New York to film Gossip Girl. After further testing she was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
“I have been treating Miss Taylor Momsen for the last few days,” Momsen’s doctor, Shawn Nasseri, told Us Weekly. “She has been an excellent patient, and after aggressive antibiotics and medications, she is expected to make a full recovery in the next three to five days.”
Taylor was released Wednesday and will be back in New York later this week.
