I recently watched an Oprah episode where she went to Missouri, the fattest city in the U.S. in 2007, to try and help residents with their weight loss goals.

According to Trust for America’s Health these are the five fattest and slimmest states in America.

Colorado 52.6%
Washington, DC 53.5%
Massachusetts 54%
Vermont 54.7%
Utah 54.9%
