It’s day 10 and I’m still not eating enough greens, doing enough cardio, avoiding the all-too-tempting avocado and waking up feeling rested. I do manage to fit in a 1 1/2 hour Ashtanga yoga class.
Here’s what I ate today:
7:15am: peppermint tea, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 cup raspberries
9:15pm Breakfast: 1 egg, 1/4 avocado, spinach and a handful of grapes
11:00am: shake made with banana and strawberries
3:00pm Lunch: salmon and 1/2 yam
5:00pm: homemade guacamole and carrots
7:30pm: 1 1/2 hr Ashtanga Yoga class
9:00pm: blueberries, grapes and a really large strawberry
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
