Hello Day 11, you have been good to me. I’m feeling peppy, lighter and have more energy. Watch out world!
Here’s what I ate today:
9:00am Breakfast: shake with banana, strawberries and blueberries
11:00am: 1 egg, 1/4 cup guacamole, spinach
1:00pm Lunch: salmon, 1/2 yam, steamed kale
5:00pm Dinner: shake with banana, strawberries, raspberries and lemon juice
7:00pm: handful of grapes
7:30pm: 1 1/2 hour power yoga class
9:30pm: guacamole with carrot sticks
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
