I seriously think the avocado will be the death of me…
Here’s what I ate today:
8:30am:1/2 banana and handful of grapes
10:45am Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado, spinach with a shake made with 1/2 banana and strawberries
3:00pm: carrots with 1 TBS avocado and grapes
4:30pm Dinner: 1 boiled chicken breast with steamed green beans and collard greens
9:00pm: shake made with a nectarine
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
