I forced myself to get outside today and do cardio in addition to my power yoga class. It’s amazing how one day I can be ravenous and the next day not so much. I vowed not to eat avocado today and I succeeded! Go me!
Here’s what I ate today:
9:00am Breakfast: shake with 1/2 banana, strawberries and 1/2 pear
11:00pm Lunch: salmon, steamed green beans and collard greens
1:30pm: 40 min walk/jog outside
3:00pm: pear
5:00pm Dinner: boiled chicken breast with steamed kale. 1/4 butternut squash
7:30pm: 1 1/2 hour power yoga class
9:30pm: shake with nectarine
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
