It’s day 14; a milestone! I have survived two weeks on the Standard Process cleanse. Only one more week to go! Today was such a busy day that I only had time for one shake and no exercise. Bad girl day! Spank! Spank!
Here’s what I ate today:
7:15am Breakfast: leftover shake from night before
3:00pm Lunch: garlic chicken with steamed veggies and brown rice
7:00pm: banana
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.

I was searching to see if there was any information on how much weight people loose on this cleanse. I found yours but you’re not recording how much weight you’re loosing! I went to see a master level oriental medicine doctor/acupuncturist and she put me on this cleanse bc Ive never used one before and have so many problems that she thinks will be cured with the cleanse( I think I’m highly toxic! ..and not in the britney spears sense…lol) I also told her I need to loose 15-20lbs so she put me on the SP cleanse. I was so caught up in talking to her about so many things that I totally forgot to ask how much weight i can expect to loose on it. Since you said you’ve done it before could you tell me about how much you lost or how much is the norm for people?? I’m following it pretty much to the T, but I have been cooking my veggies on the stove top with some olive oil, garlic and pepper(is that allowed?) And the first day I used half a teaspoon of peanut butter in my shake..which I dont think is allowed???
Today is my second day!

Everyone is different, but if you follow it to a T, which it does not sound like you are yet, you can lose the 15 pounds you need. Stay away from peanut butter all together and keep your oils down. Steam veggies or eat them raw. Don’t worry about the number on the scale as much as the inches you lose and how your clothes fit.
