Another bad girl day. I only had one shake and got no exercise. Boo hoo! I will redeem myself tomorrow!

Here’s what I ate today:

12:00 pm: shake with nectarine and 1/2 apple, plus 3/4 mango

2:00pm Lunch: 1/2 butternut squash and tomato soup

8:00pm Dinner: salmon with steamed broccoli and blueberries

Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
