Temptation, temptation, temptation! I made a baked ziti today and had the hardest time not wanting to devour the entire thing, but I held it together.
Here’s what I ate today:
8:30am Breakfast: shake with raspberries, strawberries and blueberries
11:15am: 1/2 avocado, raspberries
12:30pm: 40 min run
2:00pm Lunch: shake with strawberries and an apple
3:30pm: 2 eggs, steamed broccoli, raspberries
5:00pm Dinner: salmon, raw spinach, brown rice
7:30pm: 1 1/2 hour power yoga class
9:00pm: pear and blueberries
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
