OK, so I had a bite, maybe two of the baked ziti. I’m only human. I guess it goes to show our addiction with food. But being a good girl and having three shakes instead of two, keeping up with my yoga practice and realizing that I haven’t had red meat or nuts in over 17 days. And I’m OK with that.
Here’s what I ate today:
8:30am Breakfast: shake with strawberries and blueberries
12:00pm Lunch: 1 cup tomato soup, 2 eggs, spinach, 1/4 cup guacamole, 1 cup brown rice and blueberries
1:45pm: 1/2 pear
3:30pm: shake with strawberries and 1/2 pear
7:30pm: 1 1/2 hour power yoga class
9:30pm: shake with nectarine
10:30pm: grapefruit
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
