Here’s what I ate today:
9:00am Breakfast: shake with frozen mangoes/blueberries/raspberries (from Trader Joe’s)
11:00am Lunch: ground turkey breast stir fried with collard greens and 1/2 roasted butternut squash
2:00pm: shake with frozen pineapple
5:00pm: shake with frozen pineapple
7:00pm: 1/2 roasted chicken breast
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
