It’s Memorial Day weekend and thank god I don’t have any BBQ’s to attend. Watching others chow down on greasy cheese burgers would just about do me in. Did I mention I love cheese and meat? With just one day under my belt I’m feeling great and have not had any cravings for evil foods. I even took a yoga class and went for a jog on the local hilly trails near my house. I wasn’t as hungry today and literally had to force the shakes down my throat.
Here’s what I ate today:
9:45 am Breakfast: Shake made with strawberries, grapes, nectarine and spinach (you can’t even taste it, so don’t be scared)
11:30am: Yoga for 1 1/2 hours
1:45pm Lunch: carrot sticks with 1/4 avocado and a handful of grapes
3:30pm: 30 min jog
4:45pm Dinner: Shake made with apricot, nectarine, cucumber
7:00pm: 1 egg with spinach, 1/4 avocado and a handful of carrot sticks
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.

I am currently doing the SP cleans too! You can eat eggs? I wasn’t aware of that!

Yes, you sure can! Just make sure they are organic.

I just started the SP Cleanse yesterday but having issues. When you did this cleanse did you take all the supplements (pills) that went with it? That is what I am having issues with.

Yes, you have to take all the supplements because they are designed to work together. What I did was open the capsules up and throw them into my shake. And then just down the thing!
