i can’t believe I am almost done with my cleanse. I was a bit hungrier today than normal, so I had three shakes and I cheated a bit by having raw almonds. Hey, I figure I am one day out so I can have them.
Here’s what I ate today:
9:30am Breakfast: shake with apple
11:45pm Lunch: ground turkey with stir fried yellow peppers and 1/2 butternut squash
2:00pm: 1/2 shake with a peach
4:30pm: other 1/2 of shake with a peach
6:00pm: 1/4 cup of raw almonds
7:30pm: 1 1/2 hour power yoga class
9:30pm: 1/2 serving of salmon with yellow peppers and spinach, plus one peach
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.

Wondering if anyone knows why there are no beans on this diet — black beans, chick peas– they are all so good for you. I am on day 16!
