This is my second time on the cleanse and, after trying several detox programs, find this program works well. I get amazing results. I am also happy to see how much you exercised. And, I have to say - had I not found this site on Day 3 - I wouldn't have continued with the detox, and headed out the door to go get my latté. Thank you for taking the time to post daily, as well as your awesome results. I can honestly say this is the BEST thing I've ever done for my body. I'm starting to look better in my midsection, arms & thighs... but BEST OF ALL - I FEEL the best I've felt in YEARS! ;-) Hi,
