I am absolutely ravenous today! Probably because I had a great workout yesterday and didn’t really eat too much. I’m thinking I need to lay off the avocados though. I can put those babies on just about anything I eat and be a happy girl. Maybe that’s why my hair is so shiny?
Anyhow, I didn’t get much sleep last night, but I managed to take a 1 hour flow yoga class and sweat it out with a good friend. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have got my butt into gear that day. Luckily I was able to take a nap, but when I awoke my muscles were sore. You’ll notice how hungry I was because I was eating every 2-3 hours.
Here’s what I ate today:
7:30am: Banana and organic peppermint tea with Stevia
10:45am Breakfast: Shake with nectarine, strawberries, grapes and spinach
12:00pm: 1 hr Yoga Flow class
2:15pm Lunch: 2 eggs (fried over easy using olive oil spray), 1/4 avocado, sliced cucumber and carrots
6:30pm Dinner: 1/2 boiled chicken breast, 1/4 cup jasmine brown rice, 1/4 avocado, 2 large leaves of steamed collard greens, steamed broccoli
8:45pm: Shake made with strawberries and raspberries
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.

I am on day 2 of the SP Cleanse and I just want to tell ya that you are not alone!
Being a bi-product of all foods processed, packaged, and ready-to-serve, I am looking to you for inspiration. Got any good suggestions on where you can get good receipes because when I look at vegetables, I have no idea on what to do with them lol

Hi I am on day four right now of the plan and have found a few good recipes for food ideas. I made hummus from eggplant, lentils, flaxseed oil pink mineral salt and black pepper(which are both allowed on the plan). I use cucumbers as chips and it really helps.
Also a made artichokes stuffed with tomatoes and lentils drizzled w flaxseed oil.

That sounds yummy! I am being pretty boring and eating steamed veggies with boiled/shredded chicken, salmon and eggs. I make guacamole and put it on my eggs and chicken sometimes. You can also try a stir fry with olive oil and garlic. I’ll try and post some recipes for you soon.

My husband and I do this detox every year. Our booklets say not to add chicken until the 11th day. Does your information say something different? It doesn’t mention eggs as being approved at all…

I am also doing the 21 detox cleanse and my book says to only eat veggies and fruit for the first 11 days and then add a small portions of fish and chicken (organic) . Does anyone have a daily schedule for shakes, food, working out? Normally there is a calendar that has all the times for shakes and food intake…I feel like this cleanse is so unorganized. . .
