		<description>That sounds yummy! I am being pretty boring and eating steamed veggies with boiled/shredded chicken, salmon and eggs. I make guacamole and put it on my eggs and chicken sometimes. You can also try a stir fry with olive oil and garlic. I'll try and post some recipes for you soon.</description>

		<description>Hi I am on day four right now of the plan and have found a few good recipes for food ideas. I made hummus from eggplant, lentils, flaxseed oil pink mineral salt and black pepper(which are both allowed on the plan).  I use cucumbers as chips and it really helps. 

Also a made artichokes stuffed with tomatoes and lentils drizzled w flaxseed oil.</description>

Got any good suggestions on where you can get good receipes because when I look at vegetables, I have no idea on what to do with them lol</description>
