Hi Zach! Yes today is my very last day on the cleanse. It went by fast and painless, but I am usually a good eater. There is a whey protein from Standard Process that you can add to your shake if you feel you don't have enough energy, but I didn't need it. I did eat a lot of the same things. I did a lot of stir fry type dishes, which you can too with any veggie and I also ate ground chicken or turkey with it, and mixed in some raw veggies as well. If you boil the chicken long enough it will shred and then you can make a soup and add your rice and veggies to that. I also made guacamole which can be used as a veggie dip or on top of a salad. I stayed away from bananas during the second half because they are pretty starchy. You can also make a pesto with parsley or cilantro, garlic and olive oil (forgo the cheese and nuts) and put that on your chicken. I also roasted a butternut squash with cinnamon and ate that a bunch of times. If you are near a farmer's market I would take a stroll through and discover all the amazing fruits and vegetables that grow locally. Good luck and let me know how it goes for you!
