Ugh! Still so tired. It’s not the cleanse. I’m just not getting enough sleep, but I manage to muster up enough energy to take an hour and a half Hatha yoga class. The hand stands gave me more energy. Yes, I know, too many bananas and not enough greens, I’m seeing a trend here. Oh, and did I mention my waist looks smaller? Yippee!
Here’s what I ate today:
9:45am Breakfast: Shake with apple, 1/2 banana and 4 strawberries
12:15pm Lunch: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/4 chicken breast, spinach and 1/4 avocado
2:15pm: nectarine and a handful of grapes
4:30pm Dinner: Salad made with romaine, radish, turnip, rice, chicken. Dressing made with 1 tsp flaxseed oil and orange champagne vinegar
5:40pm: other 1/2 of banana
9:30pm: shake made with banana and grapes
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.

It says here that you ate chicken breast on day 5. The documents on the standard process website say that lean meats aren’t added until day 11.

Seems she cheated here and there…. I can’t find where the eggs are allowed, either… and the butter is a no no until day 11 also…. booo…. found a really fun way to mix up the veggies (onion, yellow pepper, baby spinach, grape tomatoes) and garlic and EVOO — served it up on a 1/2 of Lundberg Wild Blend rice (with a sprinkle of Kosher Salt…) soooo yummy! taking my left overs for lunch tomorrow! Yay!!
