Yes! I am back on track boys and girls. I did enough exercise today to make up for the lack of activity the past few days. I know when being on a cleanse you should take it easy, but I want to see results. Mainly in the form of a six-pack and defined shoulders, but results nonetheless. I do notice that my arms aren’t as flabby - on day 6 mind you. I love this cleanse. Actually, I started to see results on day 2, if you can believe it. Anyhow, I really pushed my workout today. It was challenging to the point where I couldn’t finish it, but all in all a great day. I don’t even feel like I’m on a cleanse. However I did pass by a doughnut shop and for a second, just a second, I had a sugary/fried weakness.
Here’s what I ate today:
8:45am Breakfast: small shake with banana, plus 2 eggs, spinach, 1/4 avocado and handful of grapes
12:30pm: 1 hr trail running/walk
2:15pm: chicken breast, brown rice, spinach, 1/4 cup guacamole, tomato and cucumber
4:45pm: apricot and grapes
7:30pm: 1 1/2 hr Power Yoga class
9:30pm Dinner: shake made with banana and strawberries
10:00pm: 2 hr walk
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
