Today my focus is eating more greens and drinking more water. Two things we all could use a little more of. I’m pretty sore and tired from yesterday’s shenanigans so again I didn’t exercise. I know I’d be losing a lot more weight if I could just get my cardio together. Ahh, well, at least I am doing a lot of yoga.
Here’s what I ate today:
10:40am Breakfast: small shake with banana and grapes
12:45pm Lunch: large green salad with romaine, spinach, radish, turnip, cucumber and dressing made with 1 tsp flax seed oil and lemon juice
3:30pm: shake made with apple and lemon juice
7:15 pm Dinner: salmon cooked with 1 Tbs olive oil, lemon juice and dill, over raw spinach
10:30pm: 1/2 pear and 1/4 avocado
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
