Wow! The one day I don’t feel tired. I woke up and took a power yoga class with one of the most amazing yogis in Southern California. But today I cheated a little by going out to dinner. I know, bad girl, but I ate chicken with veggies and a salad. It’s the dressing and sauce that’s not approved.
Here’s what I ate today:
7:30am Breakfast: 1/2 shake with strawberries and 3/4 pear
10:45am: other 1/2 of shake, plus 2 eggs, 1/4 cup guacamole, spinach
11:30am: 1 1/2 hr Power Yoga class
1:30pm: herbal tea
3:00pm: shake with banana and strawberries
9:00pm Dinner: out to dinner at healthy Asian restaurant, small chicken salad, garlic chicken with veggies, brown rice
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
