A very late night keeps me from another day of exercise. This is ridiculous! I am so sleepy and the gloomy weather is not helping. On the bright side my arm muscles that have been buried underneath the fat are finally starting to show a bit. There is still more work to be done. And damn, you avocado! You are too delicious for me to resist.
I also went out for tea with a friend again and as I am sitting drinking my tea and waiting for my friend to arrive the guy who took my order offers me an iced blended chai tea saying that he made to much. I accept his generosity and man, was it yummy!
Here’s what I ate today:
10:00am Breakfast: shake with banana, apricot and strawberries
12:15pm Lunch: 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado, spinach
2:15pm: handful of grapes
5:15pm Dinner: shake with banana and strawberries
6:15 pm: herbal tea, plus 8oz iced blended chai tea
Note: all shakes are made with the SP Complete powder, Whole Food Fiber, cinnamon, stevia and ice.
