The 6 Week Body Makeover Diet in a Nutshell:

You may be familiar with Michael Thurmond, the fitness expert from the television show Extreme Makeover. He created the 6 Week Body Makeover (6WMBO) for rapid weight loss that includes customized exercises to reshape your body and an eating plan to speed your metabolism. The 6 Day Body Makeover

There is also the option to do a shorter, more intense diet called the 6 Day Body Makeover or mini makeover. You’ll eat 5-6 small meals per day and do 45-60 minutes of long, slow distance exercises, such as walking, slow jogging, or biking. Meal plans and recipes are included.

I will always have a problem with time-sensitive diets because once you’ve completed the diet within that time frame, you’re more than luckily to gain any weight you’ve lost back. And what’s the point? Many people have tremendous success on the 6 Week Body Makeover Diet and continue with it beyond the 6 weeks. The reason for success? It’s also another one of those low-calorie, high-protein diets where you consume about 1200 calories per day. This is usually too low for people who are active. of course the weight will come off if you’re not really eating.

If this diet and exercise program helps you lose weight and you are able to continue eating healthfully and keep the weight off then you’ve found the diet right for you. This diet claims to be individualized and personally customized to each person positive results, unlike a one-size-fits-all diet program.

This menu is for women who are a BODY TYPE B.

Breakfast:

  • 3 Egg whites (3/4 c. eggbeaters, scrambled) OR 3 oz. Turkey Breast (low-sodium)
  • 1/2 Grapefruit (or 1/2 cup mixed berries, or 8 oz. all natural grapefruit juice)

Mid-morning snack:

  • 3 oz. Turkey Breast
  • 1 cup lettuce

Lunch:

  • 2 oz. chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup mixed veggies

Mid-afternoon snack:

  • 3 oz. fresh tuna
  • 1 cup lettuce

Dinner:

  • 2 oz. chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup mixed veggies

PM Snack (OPTIONAL):

  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • OR 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • OR 8 oz. natural grapefruit juice

    Can someone please help me, I totally misplace my entire makeover package. I started this plan back in Jan of “09″, and I stopped in June of “09″. Due to my desired weight loss, I thought I wouldn’t need the makeover plan anymore. Well, due to recent weight gain, I see I need to go back on it. Long and behold it’s no where to be found.     I just have to tell you guys that I did this program back in 2004, lost 25lbs and 35inches overall. I mean I was looking good and feeling. I love it and had no problems with it whatsoever. What happened, you say???? Hurricane Katrina came in and destoyed my plan and everything else in her path. Then I became super depressed and gave up, since I couldn’t afford to buy another plan and Provida couldn’t assist me, since I acquired from HSN. And along with the depression came weight gain…..alot of weight gain. Plus, since Katrina, we went into trucking and are on the road 24/7, so it is somewhat difficult to maintain the eating habits that I need on this program. But I am tired of being tired and hurting all over my body from lugging this extra weight around with me
    SO….. I’M BAAAACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought some resistance bands from WalMart, and somewhat remember the meal plan for Body type B.     My mom and I went in together and bought the 6 week body makeover about 4 months ago. I did really well the first 2 weeks and I lost 17 pounds, my mom went a week further and only lost 9. Then, we both got off track by not preparing our foods – THE KEY TO THIS MEAL PLAN!

    Hi, I am asking for some help and will be completely honest with you. I really want to try the 6 week body makeover, however I just don’t have $140 with raising 3 kids money is a bit tight. I found the body quiz online and found that I am have a Body Type of E – is here anyway someone would be able to send me the food list, menu cards and exercise plans?     Does anyone have the FAST TRACK MENU for a FEMALE BODY TYPE B that they can email me. I would also like the protein, carb, etc breakdown for each meal too, if possible. I’ve been using this program for years off and on and I love it but… I had loaned my book to my mom so it was at her house when she unexpectedly passed away. When my sisters and I were cleaning out her house my book disappeared. I’m certain I know which sister took it but she lives in Hawaii so I can’t just go to her house and get it back.
