I will always have a problem with time-sensitive diets because once you’ve completed the diet within that time frame, you’re more than luckily to gain any weight you’ve lost back. And what’s the point? Many people have tremendous success on the 6 Week Body Makeover Diet and continue with it beyond the 6 weeks. The reason for success? It’s also another one of those low-calorie, high-protein diets where you consume about 1200 calories per day. This is usually too low for people who are active. of course the weight will come off if you’re not really eating.
If this diet and exercise program helps you lose weight and you are able to continue eating healthfully and keep the weight off then you’ve found the diet right for you. This diet claims to be individualized and personally customized to each person positive results, unlike a one-size-fits-all diet program.
Most nutritionists think this diet is a waste of time saying that you’ll be losing mostly water weight and not fat in those 6 weeks.

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I purchased the 6 week body makeover plan and let my sister borrow it and she misplaced the food list. The plan is worthless without the food list. Does anyone know where I can locate one? I searched the web like crazy with no luck. If so please email me at wgregory6@cox.net
