The 6 Week Body Makeover Diet in a Nutshell:
You may be familiar with Michael Thurmond, the fitness expert from the television show Extreme Makeover. I will always have a problem with time-sensitive diets because once you’ve completed the diet within that time frame, you’re more than luckily to gain any weight you’ve lost back. Can someone please help me, I totally misplace my entire makeover package. I started this plan back in Jan of “09″, and I stopped in June of “09″. Due to my desired weight loss, I thought I wouldn’t need the makeover plan anymore. Well, due to recent weight gain, I see I need to go back on it. Long and behold it’s no where to be found. I just have to tell you guys that I did this program back in 2004, lost 25lbs and 35inches overall. I mean I was looking good and feeling. I love it and had no problems with it whatsoever. What happened, you say???? Hurricane Katrina came in and destoyed my plan and everything else in her path. Then I became super depressed and gave up, since I couldn’t afford to buy another plan and Provida couldn’t assist me, since I acquired from HSN. And along with the depression came weight gain…..alot of weight gain. Plus, since Katrina, we went into trucking and are on the road 24/7, so it is somewhat difficult to maintain the eating habits that I need on this program. But I am tired of being tired and hurting all over my body from lugging this extra weight around with me
SO….. I’M BAAAACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought some resistance bands from WalMart, and somewhat remember the meal plan for Body type B. My mom and I went in together and bought the 6 week body makeover about 4 months ago. I did really well the first 2 weeks and I lost 17 pounds, my mom went a week further and only lost 9. Then, we both got off track by not preparing our foods – THE KEY TO THIS MEAL PLAN!
I’d like to get started again, but seem to have lost my questionnaire as I really think that my mom may be on the wrong body type because of the low weight loss. She was initially a D and I was an E. First off I will say I have bought this program. It was in 2006, I have moved twice and truly “lost” sections. I like others have misplaced sections. I am the Type B. I have everything from men and women except B of everything. I’m looking for Type B information. If anyone could please send me the information, it would greatly be appreciated. I have done this “diet” before and had lost 15 lbs in the first week, but with school it is difficult to keep to the plan. Hi, I am asking for some help and will be completely honest with you. I really want to try the 6 week body makeover, however I just don’t have $140 with raising 3 kids money is a bit tight. I found the body quiz online and found that I am have a Body Type of E – is here anyway someone would be able to send me the food list, menu cards and exercise plans? Thanks for any assistance you could offer.

Does anyone have the FAST TRACK MENU for a FEMALE BODY TYPE B that they can email me. I would also like the protein, carb, etc breakdown for each meal too, if possible. I’ve been using this program for years off and on and I love it but… I had loaned my book to my mom so it was at her house when she unexpectedly passed away. When my sisters and I were cleaning out her house my book disappeared. I’m certain I know which sister took it but she lives in Hawaii so I can’t just go to her house and get it back. hey my name is jas I brought the 6 week body makeover a few yrs ago I never got a chance to use it because my sister passed after getting custody of her kids i had to move and i misplaced a few things im the body type A I misplaced the infinite meal planner , the shopping list, and the resistance band to work out with if anyone can help or can just send copies of the shoppin list and meal planner please or if you can donate the whole kits please i cannot afford to buy another kit thanks
