This is a quick and easy appetizer recipe that literally takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Here’s what you’ll need:
- One package of figs, cut in half
- Blue stilton
- One package of proscuitto
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
Drizzle the figs with a little olive oil and a pinch or two of salt and pepper. Take a dime-sized amount of cheese and stuff each fig. Cut prosciutto into thin strips and garnish the top by pressing lightly into the cheese.

I am happy to say that I had the privilege of actually eating these, made deliciously by Tara herself.
Let me tell you, I couldn’t get these into my mouth fast enough!
Have a lovely day! xoxo
