• 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup raspberry jam or preserves

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Stir together flour, oats, brown sugar and baking soda. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press 2/3 of mixture into an ungreased 9×13 inch pan. Spread the 1 cup of jam or preserves. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
