Cava Champagne Mimosa Recipe

Cava Champagne Mimosa RecipeFill a champagne glass two-thirds with Cava, (or another sparkling wine). Top with freshly squeezed Valencia orange juice and garnish with orange slices. Make it more festive by crushing 4-5 strands of saffron with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon orange zest. Use that saffron sugar to coat the rim of the glass.
