If you can’t find hazelnut yogurt you can substitute with vanilla yogurt.

  • 1 1/2 cups hazelnut yogurt
  • 2 Tbs orange juice
  • 4 Tbs maple syrup
  • 8 large fresh figs, chopped
  • 6 ice cubes

Pour the yogurt, orange juice and maple syrup into a blender and process gently until combined. Add the figs and ice cubes and process until smooth. Pour the mixture into glasses and sprinkle some toasted chopped hazelnuts on top to garnish, (optional).
