After learning the importance of eating cilantro everyday to help remove heavy metals from the body I decided to add this raw cilantro smoothie to my diet. Drink this for good health. This recipe will serve four.
- 1 pineapple, chopped
- 1 grapefruit, peeled
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 freshly squeezed lime
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- ice
Mix all ingredients in the blender and serve immediately.
