Looking for another low-cal, low-carb, yet interesting lunch? Try out this turkey wrap that I made for lunch today. I bought the tortillas, mustard, cheese and greens at Trader Joe’s and the sprouts and turkey I purchased at Whole Foods Market. This wrap is under 150 calories.
You’ll need:
- Sonoma Low-carb tortillas
- BBQ’d turkey breast - free-range and antibiotic free (of course!)
- Trader Joe’s Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 slice of jalapeño yogurt cheese
- Alfala sprouts
- Spring mix greens
Lay a piece of aluminum foil down and put your tortilla on top. Spread with mustard, top with turkey, cheese, greens and sprouts. Roll up and wrap in foil. Super easy!
