I’m all about the salads and I try to eat at least one everyday. Sometimes I’ll open my fridge and pantry and throw together a salad from whatever’s available. Here’s one that I came up with today.

Layer your bowl with 1 cup organic brown rice, 1/4 cup roasted and lightly salted peptitas,  1/4 cup raisins, 1/2 shredded purple cabbage, handful or daikon radish sprouts, 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 avocado cubed and top it off with some balsamic vinaigrette.
