- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 cup organic sour cream
- 1 cup organic mayo
- 1 package Knorr vegetable soup & recipe mix
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts (optional)
- 3 green onions
Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. In blender, chop and blend all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Stir before serving.
Serve in a hollowed out bread bowl with veggies, waffle fries, bread or crackers.
