- 2 lbs. of breast of chicken
- 6 c. water
- 2 stalks celery
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 c. frozen sliced carrots
- 4 c. cooked egg noodles, or any pasta of your choice
- 2 Tbs parsley
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 can chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
Boil chicken in pot with water, chopped onion, chopped garlic, celery and parsley. Simmer on low until chicken is cooked. Cut up chicken into bite sizes. Add chicken broth, then add carrots and cooked noodles. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper.
