It seems like everyone is being more green these days, even celebrities. Check out this new show on Planet Green Sundays 10/9c and Thursdays 8/7c on TLC called Battleground Earth: Ludacris vs Tommy Lee. These two music legends take on each other and battle against the toxic forces destroying Mother Earth as they travel cross the country on a 10-episode tour.
Here’s what when down on the first episode:
Let the games begin: Tommy Lee and Chris “Ludacris” Bridges accept the challenge to help save the Earth from destruction. They’re 3,000 miles apart, but they have something in common: They are both about to embark on the adventure of their lives, touring across the country competing to see who can do it the greenest.
They meet their opponents–each other–for the first time in New Orleans where they also find their first challenge. They quickly learn they are not in this battle alone, however, and after building their Battleground Earth (BE) teams, they compete to see who can be the first to build a cutting edge solar shelter in the Ninth Ward. Finally, they jam at Jazz Fest.
