This is sweet news that rocks my socks. Mr. Movie Star Laurence Fishburne, you know him from The Matrix trilogy and Othello, is taking it to the television screens as the replacement for Gil Grissom, aka William Petersen in CSI Crime Scene Investigation. We will surely miss Gil Grissom’s character, but all CSI fans saw his departure coming quick. It was only a matter of time. For now we can enjoy knowing that his shoes will be well filled.
