Investor and billionaire Warren Buffett will appear on an upcoming episode of ABC’s daytime drama All My Children.
Buffett, 77, appears as himself, and comes to aid Erica Kane’s character, played by Susan Lucci, who is arrested for insider trading.
This is the second time Warren Buffett has appeared in the show. He is friends with creator Agnes Nixon and was excited to return.
“He’s been waiting for an invitation to come back, and he was speaking to Agnes, and they made it happen,” said a spokesman.
Buffett was paid $700 for his role and said he never cashed in his first check from 1992, when he last appeared. Instead he framed it in his office with a photograph from his day on set.
The episode is set to be telecast May 2008.
